Returns & Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Thrasher Magazine gear, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of the original purchase date. All merchandise must be in its original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip to ensure faster processing at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is fully processed.
